Due to the nature of our products — large-scale industrial containers, prefab homes, and custom-configured units — all sales are final unless the product arrives with a material defect or significant damage during shipping. Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Custom-configured orders are non-refundable.
